What Is Baptism?
Baptism is a public declaration of faith, a visible, outward expression of an inward change. It does not save you; it tells the world that you have already trusted Jesus and that your life now belongs to Him.
In baptism, going under the water pictures death to the old life. Coming up out of the water pictures new life in Christ, the same resurrection that Jesus experienced. It is one of the clearest and most meaningful steps a follower of Jesus can take.

Who Should Be Baptized?
Baptism is for anyone who has made a personal decision to trust Jesus as Savior and Lord. If that is you, whether it happened recently or years ago, baptism is a meaningful next step worth taking.
