What Is First Impressions?
The First Impressions team creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for every guest and visitor who walks through the doors at Crossroads. Before someone hears a single song or word of teaching, they experience the church through the people who greet them.
What You'll Do
Team members serve in the parking lot, at the entrance, and inside the building, greeting people, directing them to where they need to go, and making sure no one feels lost or overlooked.
Time Commitment
1 to 2 times per month. Availability at both Sunday services (9:00 AM and 10:30 AM) is preferred so guests receive a consistent welcome throughout the morning.
Is This a Good Fit for You?
- You enjoy meeting people and making them feel genuinely welcome.
- You can serve 1 to 2 Sundays per month, ideally at both services.
- You want to be one of the first expressions of Crossroads that a new person experiences.
